Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, with experience in marine sector and diesel engines, gearboxes, and gensets. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections, measurements, installations, repairs, and overhauls in Singapore and across the region.
  • Handle products such as couplings, shafts, mounts, brakes, backstops, fluid couplings, etc.
  • Prepare and submit visit and service reports in a timely manner.
  • Manage warehouse upkeeping, including spare parts and tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate service jobs and deployment of service teams.

Requirements:

  • ITE qualification or above.
  • Experience in the marine sector, covering diesel engines, gearboxes, and gensets (preferred).
