Customer Service Representative

You will be the first point of contact for students and customers, providing exceptional support and assistance at our location.

This role involves managing enrolment procedures, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and assistance to students and customers.
  • Managing enrolment procedures, including fee collection and contract verification.
  • Processing sales transactions for study materials.
  • Responding to enquiries, managing courier-related tasks, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification, or 'A' Level qualification with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service / front line experience preferred.

Essential skills and qualifications include strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of programmes, policies, and processes.
