Your responsibilities will include supervising team members, working in various locations such as Anchorage, Off-port limits, shipyard, and onboard vessels, and preparing service and calibration reports. You will also advise and recommend to the Technical Superintendent and Chief Engineer on faults/defects and operation of the machinery in accordance with the manufacturer's specification. Additionally, you will provide technical support, deliver high-quality service standards to customer satisfaction, and conduct daily toolbox meetings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Marine or Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of working experience in the Marine industry, and hands-on experience on 2 & 4 stroke engines, purifiers, pumps, and air compressors. Those with sailing experience are welcome. The candidate should be highly organized, able to work with tight schedules, and juggle paperwork and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Service Engineers & Technicians
