Job Description

As a Community Manager and Marketing Expert, you will play a vital role in building a global community of skilled traders while revolutionizing access to institutional trading opportunities worldwide.

You will work at the intersection of fintech marketing and community building, developing expertise in trading education, digital marketing, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing a vibrant global community of traders across social media platforms, forums, and online channels
  • Creating educational content that helps traders understand proprietary trading, risk management, and trading strategies
  • Hosting webinars, live trading sessions, and community events that showcase successful traders and platform features
  • Responding to community questions, providing platform support, and facilitating trader-to-trader knowledge sharing

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing compelling content that explains T1's instant reward system, trading challenges, and success stories
  • Creating educational materials about different trading platforms (cTrader, MatchTrader, DXTrade, Rithmic) and market opportunities
  • Producing blog posts, social media content, and video materials that attract skilled traders to our platform
  • Collaborating with successful funded traders to create case studies and testimonials
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, community management, or social media marketing
  • A proven track record of building engaged online communities and growing social media followings
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and visual content development
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing)
