Accounts Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Management Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

  • You will manage accounts receivable, including generating invoices, following up on customer payments, and reconciling payments.
  • Process and verify supplier invoices, manage vendor queries, and make timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts, assist with accruals, and contribute to process improvement.
  • Support month-end closing, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with audits.

Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or ERP-based systems.
