We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd.

Salary

$4,500 - $5,500 per month

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with Administration: Assist in the administration of legal structures including trusts, companies, foundations, and other similar entities.
  • Ensuring Adherence: Ensure that these structures adhere to fiduciary, statutory, regulatory, and internal obligations.
  • Drafting Documents: Draft appropriate documents to assist administrators and respond to client requests.
  • Contact with Clients and Advisors: Assist with contact with clients, advisors, and related third parties.
  • Preparing Annual Accounts: Assist an accounts team in preparing annual accounts for legal structures by providing correct information to qualified bookkeepers and accountants.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Management Skills: Strong management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports.
  • Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Due Diligence: Strong due diligence skills to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Consolidation: Ability to consolidate information from various sources to provide accurate reports.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Tax: Knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.
  • Wealth: Understanding of wealth management principles to provide expert advice.
  • Administration: Strong administrative skills to effectively manage day-to-day tasks.
  • Data Entry: Proficient in data entry to accurately record information.
  • Bankruptcy: Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.
  • Word Processing: Proficient in word processing software to create reports and documents.
  • Compliance: Strong compliance skills to ensure adherence to regulations and laws.
