Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to coordinate the execution of construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project kick-offs, proper handing-over of secured projects, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management. They will also possess excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure new business opportunities for the company. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing tender documents, providing cost estimates, and evaluating tender proposals.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to negotiate commercial terms and conditions for new and existing contracts. The successful candidate will also be involved in processing claims, contract payments, and settling final accounts, as well as maintaining proper documentation.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering, or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD software;
  • Able to speak English and Chinese fluently;

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of AVA Global Maintenance Services PTE. LTD.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time position requiring a 5.5-day workweek. You will be expected to work in our office located in Gul Circle, Singapore.
