Job Opportunity: Sales Manager (Energy and Offshore)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our Energy business in the Oil/Gas and offshore markets in local and regional areas. Reporting to the Head of Energy, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new prospects and recommending suitable marine products and services for sea worthiness.
  • Managing and analyzing sales leads to create and forecast business plans for potential customers.
  • Implementing and executing business plans while aligning with corporate goals to achieve sales performance targets.
  • Collaborating with the internal proposal team to develop high-quality proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Liaising closely with the technical team to ensure efficient sales and delivery of systems and services to customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 4-8 years of relevant working experience with a good sales track record.
  • Strong knowledge of the marine industry in the Energy Sector.
  • Experience as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officers, or Ex-Navy personnel is an added advantage.
  • A respectable network and customer contacts with local and regional shipyards and ship owners.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.

Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum
