Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our marketing team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for visual storytelling, design, and content creation who can drive engagement and enhance customer experience.

  • Design and produce creative visual content including posters, menus, in-store displays, packaging, digital banners, and social media graphics that align with our brand identity.
  • Create and edit short-form videos (10–60 seconds) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and in-store screens to engage customers and promote our products.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and brand refreshes by developing innovative and eye-catching visual designs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, R&D, operations, and outlet teams to ensure consistency across all visual assets.
  • E nsure brand consistency across all visual designs and video assets.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when needed.
  • Assist in product photography or video shoots during campaign execution.
  • Maintain organized design templates, digital assets, and file archives.
  • Stay updated on digital and design trends in the industry.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in design or marketing, preferably in lifestyle or retail sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both static designs and video editing work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Familiar with social media formats and mobile-first content trends.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other mobile editing tools.
  • Basic animation and motion graphics skills.
  • Photography or filming experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus for localized content.
