BreadTalk Group PTE. LTD. is a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry, and we are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Director to join our team.

About the Role

The Executive Talent Acquisition Director will be responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy for operational roles across all divisions, aligning with the company's overall business goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of sourcing channels, recruitment technologies, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisitions, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring for all operational positions.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment to improve processes, including candidate assessment techniques and evaluation criteria.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the Food & Beverage, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience working in a shared services or matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for operational roles.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
