Job Title: M&E Operations Specialist

As a seasoned M&E Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services across various building projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective measures to ensure high-quality outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Progress and Performance: Continuously track the execution of M&E works, pinpointing any variances or issues that require prompt attention. Develop and implement targeted corrective measures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
    
  • Ensure adherence to established project timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with site operation teams, consultants, and subcontractors to address any concerns or queries.

• Ensure Compliance and Safety Standards: Vigilantly monitor compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols governing M&E systems. Interpret specifications, drawings, and other critical documents to guarantee seamless project execution.
    
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify any ambiguities or uncertainties regarding project documentation.

• Technical Coordination and Planning: Contribute to the planning and coordination of M&E services installation work. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and optimize resource utilization.
    
  • Develop and manage project schedules to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
  • Facilitate open communication channels among team members to resolve technical issues promptly.

• Team Leadership and Vendor Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to teams involved in M&E projects. Foster collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
    
  • Leverage your expertise to drive team performance and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

### Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in building and construction projects, with a focus on M&E services.
• Excellent communication, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• MEP design experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
