We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Officer to join our team at Workstone Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing investment strategies focused on ASEAN private corporate credit and institutional real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Strategy Development: Design and execute investment strategies focused on ASEAN private corporate credit and institutional real estate sectors.
  • Financial Modelling and Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and analysis to guide investment decisions and develop and maintain portfolio models to optimize risk-adjusted returns.
  • Risk Management: Implement strong risk management practices across all investment activities, and develop, execute, and refine comprehensive credit risk policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including credit analysis and risk assessment. Evaluate the credit investment strategies of other funds and real estate investment opportunities for potential partnerships, co-investments, or competitive analysis.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Carry out regular portfolio monitoring and performance analysis to identify potential issues and recommend proactive measures and adjustments to optimize the portfolio as needed.
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory changes in ASEAN markets, particularly in the private corporate credit and institutional real estate sectors.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate or investment banking, or private equity, with a specialization in ASEAN markets, private corporate credit, and/or institutional real estate.
  • Skills: Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial modelling tools.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with proven ability to evaluate and analyze external fund strategies and investment opportunities.
