CT Technologist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team, responsible for performing diagnostic CT examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist. This role involves providing care to patients of all ages, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Prepare patients for CT examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA)-approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Radiological Technologist; if less, must have advanced certification in CT from the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Registered by the ARRT.
  • Preferred: Advanced certification in CT, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and six months experience as a CT Technologist.
