Job Title: Retail Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Gassan Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a tidy and clean shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

• Promote sales for branded/luxury watches, utilizing your knowledge of products and customer preferences to present them in an appealing way.

• Maintain good customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Assist customers in achieving their shopping goals, providing personalized recommendations and support.

• Ensure that physical stock levels are in line with the stock held in the shop, maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Maintain a tidy and clean shop environment, adhering to company standards and expectations.

Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Basic Salary + Sales Incentive + Sales Commission, providing a competitive compensation package.
