**About the Role:**

We+ Asia is looking for a seasoned APAC IT Storage Expert to manage storage-related projects and provide level 3 operational support in the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Manage storage-related projects in the APAC regions, including maintenance of configuration standards and design guidelines for storage systems, management systems, and required software.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to deployment teams, maintain standard operating procedures followed in the bank, perform storage resource allocations and migrations when required, complying with the process.
  3. Communication: Communicate with APS, business, and other ITP teams during different project stages.
  4. Security & Compliance: Support storage vulnerability, baseline checking, and storage hardening, produce health-check/dashboard/security compliance reports as required.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of system support experience on enterprise storage platforms.
  • Technical knowledge in EMC PMAX/VMAX & ECS, Pure storage, NetApp, Brocade switches, and CleverSafe.
  • Sound knowledge of storage hardware and system services (volume management operations, file system management, data migration, snapshot & replication technologies, connectivity technology).
  • Good understanding of the storage upgrade process and hands-on experience in performing storage code upgrades.
  • SAN management at intermediate to advanced level.
  • NAS management at intermediate to advanced level.
  • Object storage management at intermediate to advanced level.
  • ITIL foundation for service management.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
