Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end vessel and project operations in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, port authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of shipping activities.
  • Lead and support technical maritime operations, including cargo handling, project logistics, and port clearance processes.
  • Ensure operational accuracy with close attention to detail and maintain high standards in documentation and execution.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, port authorities, and key stakeholders at all times.
  • Provide operational reports and feedback to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field.
  • Solid experience in maritime operations with a strong understanding of procedures and regulations.
  • Proven experience managing technical and project-based maritime operations.
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational demands.
