Healthcare Evaluation Manager

Job Overview:This role is crucial in enhancing the impact of population health programs by assessing their effects on resident health outcomes. As a key contributor, you will design and implement evaluation studies to measure the costs and outcomes of innovative projects. Your expertise will be sought by stakeholders seeking guidance on evaluation matters, and you will disseminate knowledge through publications and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluation Strategy: Develop and lead the implementation of evaluation methodologies tailored to various project types, ensuring accurate analysis and interpretation of results.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on evaluation-related matters.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in conducting health systems evaluation research.
- Skills: Strong written, analytical, and communication skills; effective people management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management.
This position requires a deep understanding of data structure and relationships, as well as proficiency in statistical analysis using a preferred software package. Familiarity with Python, R, STATA, SAS, or EPIC is an added advantage.
