Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking motivated and dynamic professionals to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about career growth through building a profession in the finance industry. Our goal is to build a workforce that is comprised of top-tier talent across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Manage high volumes of recruitment activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and data-driven insights to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a Local diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in human resources
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fintech or financial services industries.
  • Skills and Attributes: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, with familiarity in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards Genuine enthusiasm and interest in the investment and financial industry Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team Required to support both front and middle operations
