Job Responsibilities- Drive the development of core technologies for large language model code direction, focusing on code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities.
- Improve code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities in real-world production codebases, enhancing TikTok service code performance and privacy compliance.
- Explore Code Agent capabilities suitable for actual business production environments, and improve TikTok R&D efficiency.
- PhD or Master's degree with top AI conference papers in ML/CV/NLP.
- Excellent coding ability, data structures, and fundamental algorithm skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python.
- In-depth research experience in Machine Learning, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for technology.
