Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Engineer to join our team at Intapp. This role involves investigating and resolving technical issues related to our enterprise software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving technical issues related to Intapp solutions.
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Intapp solutions and related technologies.
- Communicating technical information to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identifying and escalating high-priority issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
