We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Engineer to join our team at Intapp. This role involves investigating and resolving technical issues related to our enterprise software solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and resolving technical issues related to Intapp solutions.
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Intapp solutions and related technologies.
  • Communicating technical information to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identifying and escalating high-priority issues to ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
