Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Global Recruitment Agency. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing regular customer accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage regular customer accounts
  • Liaise with customers and external departments on deliveries
  • Attend to customer enquiries and process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders
  • Show your ability to persuade clients with grace and deep comprehension of our housebrand products
  • Respond to and handle customer details and phone calls
  • Promote and sell company products to new customers


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • GCE 'O' Level & above or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills & task-driven
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • Have good speaking skills
  • Details-oriented
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
  • Knowledge of additional languages can be an advantage
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events


Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.30)
Saturday (08.30 - 13.00)
