Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refuse Truck Driver to join our team at TEO BAK SOAH TRADING CO. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for operating a Rear End Loader (REL) truck to collect refuse in accordance with our schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate REL Truck: Safely drive the REL truck to perform refuse collection, adhering to our schedule and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Empty Bins and Transfer to Hopper: Operate the REL truck to empty bins and transfer them to the hopper, maintaining a clean and efficient process.
  • Assist Attendant: Collaborate with the attendant during recycling waste collection, providing support as needed to ensure successful completion of tasks.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform and record minor maintenance tasks on the REL truck, ensuring it remains in good working condition.
  • Labouring Work: Assist with labouring work as required to complete recycling collection jobs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • Class 4/5 Driving Licence: Must hold a valid Class 4/5 driving licence.
  • Heavy-Moving Truck Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience driving heavy-moving trucks with manual or semi-automatic transmission REL experience.
  • WSQ Certificate: Preferably hold a WSQ (PI-WM-106E-1) certificate.
  • Transport and Accommodation: Preferably have own transport and reside in the West Area.
  • Citizenship: Must be a Singaporean or PR.
Desirable Skills
  • Good Driving Record: Possess a good driving record with no major incidents.
  • Class 4 Driving License: Hold a valid Class 4 driving licence.
  • Truck Driving Experience: Have experience driving trucks, with a focus on safe and efficient operation.
  • Unloading and Road Safety: Be proficient in unloading and have a strong understanding of road safety protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
