We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our retail team in Singapore as a Sales Associate.

Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to promote the brand image and contribute to the success of the business by delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

This position requires a fully engaged and committed individual who is passionate about high-end jewelry and has a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall performance
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Assist clients with Customer Service needs, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Stock management and merchandising
  • Provide feedback on processing and replenishing merchandise, participating in receiving and monitoring floor stock
  • Actively participate in visual merchandising, implementing required guidelines
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in luxury retail, services, or hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support diverse and regional clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Confidence in handling high-value transactions
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
