Senior MEP Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale MEP projects from planning to execution, with expertise in project management tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical clarifications and ensure smooth approval processes;
  • Managing and supervising teams of engineers, coordinators, and subcontractors across various disciplines;
  • Reviewing and approving design drawings, materials, method statements, and work procedures;
  • Conducting project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to meet cost, time, and quality targets;
  • Providing leadership in identifying and resolving site discrepancies, defects, and design issues;
  • Overseeing procurement strategies and cost control in collaboration with the Commercial Department;
  • Driving implementation of quality, safety, and environmental standards across project teams.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, HVAC, or equivalent Engineering discipline;
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in M&E project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role;
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale MEP projects in building, infrastructure, or industrial sectors;
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice and local authority submission procedures;
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
