Key Responsibilities

The Policy Enforcement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing enforcement strategies and workflows for video and photo content features;
  • Researching trends and suspicious patterns across nudity and sexual activity subject matter;
  • Drafting guidelines for human moderators and overseeing enforcement quality;
  • Working cross-functionally to keep users safe while protecting free speech;

A strong understanding of online safety issues and best practices is essential for this role.

The specialist will have a deep understanding of Nudity and Sexual Activity domain and emerging trends.

Better Critical Thinking and Analytical skills are a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop recommendations.
