Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our growing team at RXP. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing management reports, GST reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management/financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Transaction Management: Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • GST Compliance: Prepare and submit GST reports and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and provide financial forecasting support to help clients manage their finances effectively.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documents, records, and reports to auditors.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients regarding their accounts, providing support and resolving any accounting-related queries.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates with relevant academic qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in accounting are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Autocount, Xero, and Microsoft Excel is essential. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and accounting processes.
