Highly Skilled Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Designer with 4 years of experience to drive seamless adoption of our digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and content that meets organisational needs and standards.
The role involves developing documentation, including product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing engaging and easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences
- Creating and maintaining a content strategy across our digital platforms
- Leading pilots to evaluate content formats, types, and mediums to build content cadence recommendations for Product Managers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, programmers, and product managers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation
Career growth opportunities include evolving as a Tech Advocate or Product Manager, driving the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products.
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry. Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail, are also essential. Preferred qualifications include background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Development, as well as experience with Kubernetes and monitoring tools.
