We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Gymnastics Coach to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Recreation Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for leading gymnastics classes and programs for children, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging gymnastics lesson plans that cater to the needs of children of different ages and skill levels.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their gymnastics skills and build their confidence.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating registration and attendance records, and communicating with parents.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in gymnastics coaching or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
