Job Title: Pharmacy Support Assistant

About the Role:

This role involves providing vital support to our pharmacy operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including cashiering, stock procurement, inventory management and medication dispensing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pharmacy operations by managing cash transactions, restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Pick and pack medications accurately while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage stock inventory levels, process delivery orders and conduct cycle counts.
  • Assist pharmacists and technicians with medication handling and disposal, as well as administrative tasks such as billing and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and provide general operational support.


Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Will undergo training.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to perform cashiering duties and stand for long periods.
