Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, and presentations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design Excellence: Responsible for creative excellence on projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic thinking and analysis for projects, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Project Coordination: Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, maintaining brand identity and standards.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of printed materials.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Education: A Candidate must possess at least Certification/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in Visual Communication and Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Skills: Good team player with the ability to work both independently and team-based environment, have a good sense of urgency and time management to meet tight deadlines, positive working attitude, self-motivated & hardworking, excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually, solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles, attention to details, fluency in English, required skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS and Sketchup is a plus.
