This includes capturing information from supervisors and planning reports, building action plans, implementing and communicating those plans, assessing and evaluating results, making necessary adjustments, monitoring progress, maintaining equipment, diagnosing equipment problems and implementing solutions, evaluating problems using validated detailed troubleshooting methods, ensuring record keeping/documentation in equipment tracking system, performing preventive maintenance, performing calibrations on area equipment, selecting and utilizing accurate test equipment and tools, aligning with standardized procedures and guidelines, staying ahead of on process and equipment procedures, keeping work areas clean and organized, monitoring equipment performance and address deviations, extracting data from applicable sources, ensuring reliability of data, measuring process metrics, identifying equipment inaccuracy or inefficiency, communicating trends of machine performance, containing deviation or inefficiencies, communicating information to appropriate personnel, providing communication between teams, communicating with production to relay problems, changes or request information as needed, providing feedback observations and data to help resolve chronic problems or experiments.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
  • Able to understand electrical/pneumatic schematics and design drawings, manuals and procedures
  • Good team player with positive working attitude and initiative
  • Able to communicate through written and spoken English
  • Able to work 12 hours rotating shift
