Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This role requires providing administrative support and coordinating various activities within the student affairs department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing student records, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence
  • Coordinating student registration and enrollment processes
  • Organizing student orientation programs and events
  • Responding to student inquiries and providing information on academic policies and procedures

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS) platform, creating and editing courses and course materials, and collaborating with faculty and staff to address student concerns.

  • Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates welcome)
