Business Development Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the challenge of driving business growth and expansion. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet company targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product or service presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Negotiation: Handle objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Customer Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers to close deals and foster long-term business relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum Qualification: Local Polytechnic Diploma and/or above
- Languages: English and Mandarin are essential
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
