Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at WGT EHR Pte Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Attend inter-department meetings to address project requirements, prepare development/project briefs, and meet with consultants, contractors, and authorities to understand progress.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and implement effective solutions.
  • Site Management: Supervise trades to ensure they are carried out in a proper and skilful manner, in accordance with approved plans and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Dispute Resolution: Meet with architects, contractors, and client representatives to resolve defects issues and mitigate disputes with contractors, buyers, and adjoining owners or authorities.
  • Liaison and Compliance: Liaise with government bodies on DA & BP approval and regulations restriction and conditions, ensuring compliance with applicable building standards.
  • Team Management: Propose, review, and recommend consultants, contractors, suppliers, and staff for the project.
  • Logistics and Resource Management: Manage logistics and resource issues, assist in providing information, and work with marketing and leasing teams to conclude documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Sciences, or Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience: Relevant 10 years' experience in project/construction management, with full cycle Indonesia Projects being highly desirable.
  • Skills and Qualifications: In-depth understanding of technical construction, budgetary control, and project management; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
