Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requirements to design technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Monitor and measure network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide technical support and consultation for network configuration enhancements and changes.

Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of IT networking experience, with expertise in LAN, WAN, and security.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
  • Understanding of IT technology and experience in deploying enterprise and wide area networks.
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, IDS, IPS, Cisco Catalyst Switches, and Cisco Routers.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring software, such as Solar Winds, MRTG, and PRTG.
