Ambulance Transportation Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulance Transport Specialist to provide safe and efficient transportation for those in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency activations across a range of cases, prioritizing the needs of patients and ensuring timely arrivals at medical facilities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during transport, providing basic life support and assistance as needed.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks and maintenance tasks to ensure ambulances are in optimal working condition, adhering to protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with paramedics and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff, fostering a culture of empathy and respect.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver's license (Class 3/4) and have a good driving record, with at least three years of experience.
  • Hold a First Aid certification and demonstrate proficiency in basic life support techniques.
  • Be physically fit and able to work irregular shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Have a strong knowledge of road conditions and be able to plan efficient routes to minimize travel time.
