Job Role: We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance for the VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) application.

Job Description: As a Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) modules. You will work closely with our client onsite team to ensure seamless support and coverage for over 50 applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in L1 support roles, preferably in banking or card systems. A strong understanding of the VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) architecture and core modules is essential. Additionally, you should have exposure to JCL, COBOL, VSAM, CICS, Microfocus environment (Flex), Linux commands, WinSCP, Putty, DMC, Scheduler for Open Technologies, SQL/DB2, and log analysis.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to the VisionPLUS 10 (Flex) application. They will also be expected to work closely with the client onsite team to ensure seamless support and coverage.
