Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service throughout the hospital admission process.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing front desk operations, registering patients for outpatient, inpatient, and surgical day care services, as well as providing financial guidance on hospital bills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk functions to ensure efficient patient registration and billing processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Register patients for various hospital services, including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical day care.
- Offer financial counseling on hospital bills to support patients' understanding of their costs.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hospital systems.
- Degree in Health Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
