Job Opportunity: Finance Support Professional

 

  • As a key member of the finance team, you will assist with daily financial operations including data entry, invoicing, and payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end reporting activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records through diligent filing and administrative practices.
  • Contribute to payroll processing, expense claims, and petty cash management in an efficient manner.
  • Perform general office administrative duties such as correspondence, office coordination, and document control.
  • Provide ad-hoc project support as required by senior management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum O-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform basic data entry tasks accurately.
  • Commitment to working 5 days per week.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. They must also have experience in administration, invoicing, payroll, data entry, cash management, and customer service. The ability to work independently is highly valued.
