Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities
  • Administer and operate the organization's warehouses, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets.
  • Account for all assets in the stores facilities; audit goods received into warehouse.
  • Oversee receipt, storage, moves and shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Requirements
  • Absolute team player, able to work effectively in a close-knit team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to work in non-air conditioned environment.
  • Ability to stand 8 to 10 hours per day.
