Architectural Coordinator Role

The Architectural Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the design intent is accurately executed on-site by coordinating between architects, contractors, and consultants.

  • Coordinate architectural drawings and documents.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors for design clarifications.
  • Communicate and implement design changes on-site.
  • Monitor construction progress to align with the architectural design.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and soft skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination or architectural roles.
  • Proficiency in architectural drawing review and detailing.
  • Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
