Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members warmly and make them feel valued
  • Inform members about promotions and answer their queries with a smile
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into our system
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently with exceptional hospitality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area
  • Work closely with the kitchen and team members for seamless service
  • Follow all hygiene and safety standards
  • Adhere to our policies, SOPs, and grooming standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support F&B operations
Requirements:
  • Be friendly, approachable, and possess good communication skills
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Previous F&B or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
