Cloud Data Architect Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable data architectures that support our business operations.

This role offers the chance to work on innovative data projects, contributing to the development of cloud-native data solutions for diverse industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of enterprise data architecture and big data solutions using cloud-based platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive data models from conceptual designs through to physical implementation.
  • Drive data integration initiatives while ensuring high-quality data and effective governance practices.
  • Design cloud-native data solutions using Databricks, Azure services, and other modern data platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise data architecture and big data solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud-based platforms, including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Event Grid, Power BI, PySpark, SQL, Python, SQL Server, and ER Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, governance frameworks, and data quality management principles.
  • Experience with cloud-native data architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
