Job Description
A Senior Warehousing Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
  • Performing 5S in the warehouse to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Conducting visual inspections and reporting any non-conformities or exceptions from shipment.
  • Supporting supervisors to achieve all required KPIs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Basic speaking, reading, and writing English proficiency.
  • Ability to operate MHE (forklift/reach truck/VNA turret stock picker).
  • Basic knowledge of WMS.


Desirable Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
