Data Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team.

As a mid-senior level expert in data engineering, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable ETL pipelines across batch and real-time data sources using Spark (PySpark/Scala/Java) on Hadoop/Hive.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, HBase, or related tools, as well as a sound understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and SQL.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be familiar with Airflow, Git, Jenkins, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).

Key Skills:
  • Programming skills: Python, Scala, or Java.
  • Data engineering tools: Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, HBase.
  • Database knowledge: Sound understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and SQL.
  • DevOps skills: Familiarity with Airflow, Git, Jenkins, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
Nice to Have:
  • Streaming data pipeline experience.
  • Machine learning workflow familiarity.
