About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at SS&C Technologies as an Associate Director, leading a team of professionals in investor services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various services, including transfer agency, accounting, and management products, while promoting and presenting SS&C portal and other new systems or applications to clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-5 staff members in performing investor transaction processing, KYC/AML document reviews, and other client reporting tasks
  • Monitor and control processes to ensure they meet agreed-upon KPIs and deliverables
  • Present and promote SS&C portal and other new systems or applications to clients
  • Collaborate with clients and fund directors to address their queries and concerns
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors
  • Oversee new client onboarding and set up internal processes to meet client requirements
  • Maintain relationships with clients and expand business through prospecting and presentations
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services, preferably in hedge funds
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience, with ability to multitask
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Mandarin a desirable asset
