Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to drive our Shiprepair and Ship Conversion (SR & SC) business forward.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategies to support business expansion, preparing business proposals and presenting them to clients, identifying new market opportunities, and assisting in preparing business proposals to bid for new projects.

Duties:
  • Develop business strategies to support business growth for SR & SC
  • Prepare business proposals and present to clients
  • Identify new market opportunities in SR & SC
  • Assist in preparing business proposals to bid for new projects
  • Attend internal meetings and discussions, preparing minutes or reports as necessary
  • Attend customer meetings and address feedback on contractual matters, preparing reports and coordinating works
  • Propose new ways to outreach new clients or future projects with current clients
  • Achieve results in terms of sales
  • Drive hospitality before and after sales

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also manage project costing for SR & SC projects, carry out estimation and billing work, and communicate effectively with internal staff and customers.
