Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and IT operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation of various endpoint management tools, including Windows Autopilot, Intune, and scripting automation.
  • Co-ordinate with Central ICT Infra teams to operate the on-prem components of the above platforms.
  • Ensure timely handling of requests and queries.
  • Lead incident response and recovery by analyzing the root cause and submission of RCA report.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience working on IT operations in an enterprise environment or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
  • Wide knowledge of IT knowledge including Windows OS, device, network, application, and infrastructure.
