About the Role

Cotyledon Therapy Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team in the China Square Central Region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based therapies to help clients manage and improve their behavioral and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care, promoting a seamless transition between interventions.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes, driving continuous improvement and exceptional results.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior therapy, staying ahead of the curve and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Estimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field.
  • Certified or licensed as a Behavior Therapist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, child development, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
