Automotive Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle mechanics and be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently and safely.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and fluid checks.
• Repair or replace faulty components in the engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
• Use computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Inspect, test, and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Conduct test drives to verify the success of repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will possess proven experience as an Automotive Technician, a strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques, and the ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
• A strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• The ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Hands-on experience in engine repairs, transmission work, and suspension maintenance.
• The ability to interpret service manuals and technical diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy parts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):

Automotive Technician Certification (NITEC, WSQ, or equivalent) is an advantage, as is experience with Hybrid & Electric Vehicles, familiarity with European, Japanese, or Continental vehicles, and a clean driving record.
